6. Production & Lead Times

• Lead times communicated at order confirmation are estimates.

• Changes in technical specifications, unexpected production conditions, or force majeure may affect delivery dates.

• Cast Döküm is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external logistics partners.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Key points:

• Delivery terms follow the agreed-upon Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.).

• Risk passes to the customer at the point defined by the Incoterm.

• Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

 

8. Quality Assurance & Inspection

• Cast Döküm maintains strict quality control processes.

• Customers must inspect delivered goods within 7 days of receipt.

• Any claims regarding defects, non-conformities, or damage must be submitted within this 7-day period with photographic or written evidence.

• After this period, products are considered accepted.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Cast Döküm is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Production losses, downtime, or lost profits

• Damages caused by improper use, machining, assembly, or storage of delivered parts

• Issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete technical drawings provided by the customer

Our liability is limited solely to the value of the affected goods.
